I originally went with a 128 gig iPhone 11 but now I’m contemplating switching it up for the 11 pro? It’s an extra $350 and I’d only get them 64 gig variety. Anyone else do the same? Was it a hassle with the cell phone provider?

I personally would prefer the tele lens over the ultra wide but that is a solid price jump for the base mode 11 pro.

Anything labeled “pro” should have more than 64gbs of storage.

I guess for the mobile photography enthusiasts a way to “save” some money would be to get the iPhone 11 and get the moment lens tele for the times you would need it.

yes the storage up sell is a bit annoying. Why not just make it 128 base model

I was coming from an X and XS and planned on not liking the 11 and doing the return for the Pro model....but I still have the 11 from Launch Day and will be keeping it. Do miss the Tele zoom (but to be honest a 2X zoom of what is a wide angle lens to begin with is not much of a tele IMHO) and really enjoy the Ultra wide angle (and yes, I am a photography - mobile and real camera - enthusiast if that means anything as I was looking forward to the Ultra Wide angle lens).
The screen - and my eyes are still pretty good - is great - even after playing with my XS and the XR in the Apple store to see the "difference", but YMMV. I do like that the screen is overall a bit larger than the XS was - though my wife, who came from the 8 Plus did prefer the slightly wider screen on the 8 Plus over the 11, but she likes that the overall phone is slightly smaller.
So, to answer your question - no did not return my 11 and don't plan on doing it either. (And to be honest the difference in price, which was about $15 per month on the iUp plan, was not really part of my decision.)

I initially bought the pro max. Then decided I didn’t need to spend the extra money and the 11 would be fine. So I exchanged it for the 11. After a few days I returned the 11 and got the pro max again.

For me the screen bothered me but most of all I wanted the battery life of the max and the larger screen size.

Good luck in your choice. I think all three of the devices are solid devices for sure.
