there are ALL sorts of 'free forums' out there with adds, or fees over 3gigabytes of storage, or who knows what catches and clauses and "ugliness". I have a friend who's not technical at all but could probably benefit from a "cheap forum"... you know, "Join this free forum and then upgrade to get blah blah blah."
(Like hosting your site on Wordpress.com and then maybe upgrading a few packages to get what you really want).
He's not a web developer at all, but any ideas where we could find a review of them? Anyone had experience with them?
