Anyone running VM of Windows 10/11 ARM help test a program?

I am contemplating moving to an M1 MacBook Pro. Something might come up that allows me to do this pretty cheap. The one concern I have is I run a RIP for a wide format printer I have at home (Epson 9900 44"). Currently I run it in a VM of El Capitan. Now this will not be possible with an M1 Mac and Windows 10 will not be possible either. I was wondering if anyone has Windows 10 ARM or 11 ARM running as VM that would be able to install a program and see if it first installs and 2 loads and gets to the login screen.
