Anyone see BTO iMacs in Apple stores?

So I was in my local Apple store yesterday (San Antonio, TX La Cantera store). They had a 27" iMac with a 1 TB Fusion, the i7 processor, 16 GB of RAM and the 680 MX. I asked if he had any in stock and he said he had three in the back.

Nice. My local store had one but it sold immediately. I have them looking to hold one for me when one comes in stock. So the ultimate configuration has 16gb ram ? That sucks .. Thought it was 8gb
