I discovered, in Console, that Microsoft's msupdate process crashes about every hour or so, when Microsoft Teams is running. It happens with both the latest Insider version, 24295.615.3297.8324, as well as the current production version, as I see this on both an M1 MacBook Pro and M4 MacBook Pro. Uninstalling or closing the teams app stops the crashes. I tried uninstalling, deleting all Teams/MS folders in cache, containers etc., with no luck.

I have had no issues with my M4 Macbook Pro and Teams.
@bob_stan what version of Teams are you on? And there are no crashes in the console app, under Crash Reports? Also, what version of MS Auto Update are you on? Easiest way to check is bringing up Word, check for updates, which brings up the updater, and then click Microsoft Auto Update in the menu/About.

Thanks for checking for me!

It's been a while, but in the crash file it gives a full path to the msupdate that is crashing. Shut off Teams, go to that exact file and bin it.

It stops crashing likely because it doesn't run anymore.

Not being funny. It's what worked for me.
