Anyone seen a way to make dock black and white?

I use this program dock doctor to make the dock black, but I'd like to make all the applications on it black and white, any way? I'm sure it can be done, but does anyone have any links or anything? I haven't found anyway to do this through dock doctor.

You'd have to find and apply custom B&W icons to each item in the Dock.

1. Find an icon you like. Right click and choose 'get info'.
2. In the new window click on your chosen icon in the top left corner then 'edit' 'copy'.
3. Find your original program, eg, Safari. Right click and choose 'get info'
4. In the new window click on the old Safari icon on the top left corner. Edit, Paste.

Once this is done you will need to remove the re add the programs to the dock.
