I think many companies were playing with the idea for sometime now. When my friend asked me whether it was possible to upgrade the video card on his Toshiba laptop I told him no. He then went to a small computer shop to get it repaired and to do a little maintenance and asked the question and the tech. told him that there are solutions with ExpressCard. Guess this is what he was talking about.
