Anyone seen this battery product?? What alternatives are there?

I really need a external battery as the 3g battery barely lasts a day with heavy use. I found this product on ebay but have not heard anyone talk about it, anyone know anything about it??

Does anyone know of any battery products that are good (actually are there ones that you can carry around AND charges with the car?). I was going to buy the kensington one but it turns out its not even out yet, only pre orders!

The longest battery I have found is this one:

It allows me to charge my Iphone 3G around 4 times before IT has to be charged. Plus its small enough to stick in the pocket. Its about the same size as the Iphone itself (a little thicker though).
