So my wife upgraded to OS4 on her 3GS the other day and complained to me she had veticle lines on her screen. The first thing I thought was, LCD. But when I took a look at it I am not so sure it's the LCD, it looks more like an OS problem. Decided to do a restore on it, once it was done, it did the same thing. Attached are screen shots from the phone. You can see where it's only the wallpaper thats messed up, not the OS elements. And if I go into settings everything looks fine EXCEPT the wallpaper renders when it considers them wallpaper. I considered maybe her old photos were the problem, so I took a fresh photo, same issue.

If anyone has experienced this or has any bright ideas I'm all ears.
