Anyone seen this "Notification" before?

Owned my 4S since launch, never once came across this before. Just randomly popped up a couple minutes ago...

Perhaps I'm just an idiot. That's a lot more likely than a magical leprechaun man sending strange notifications to my iPhone. Although, that sounds way more fun.

I WISH I was that good with Photoshop. My editing skills are limited to that of MS Paint.

No. That popup is normal, for a new phone. I've seen it before.

The paper clip in Microsoft office tried to help people too, and there are entire websites dedicated to hating that thing

If it only pops up once I guess it's okay

Just upgraded to 5.1.1 and that was my 1st pop up I got lol. It took you a year to get a siri pop up and took me 6 months to get my 5.1 upgrade badge...
