anyone ship back a macbook pro for repair? fedex/ups/dhl?

so i'm getting the box to ship back my macbook pro tomorrow supposedly and wondered if there is anything i need to do prior to shipping it back? assume make a backup?

they still ship DHL or is it Fedex with DHL exiting the domestic US routes? Know it was DHL back a while ago.

Yes, make a backup. They don't guarantee that they'll keep your data intact.

When I last sent my MacBook in for repair there were return labels for shipping via DHL or FedEx, which made things very easy.
