anyone still on 2.1?, can you confirm something on maps

Not sure is this is a bug or deliberate in maps

In 2.1 I am sure distances where based upon country
Eg
France km,us miles,australia km

In 2.2 they are all based on your home country

If someone is still on 2.1 could you try doing a route for the above countries to see if the distances are in miles/km

I'm in the US on 2.1 and just checked some directions in France and the distance was km.

I created a route in France with drop pins and got km
Same thing for Aussie.

This seems to be how its should work, imo, so if you travel to another country you get the distances measured correct for that country

With 2.2 it shows everywhere as your home country

So if you are in the US every country you look at will also be in miles

2.1 seems to work the same as google maps on he computer, 2.2 seems to be different
