Anyone successfully get full 200 from Verizon for 4 with cracked back

They're giving me the runaround. If I fix the back at Apple, is it still $20? By the way, I heard promotion is being extended until 10/15.

And apparently there's a checklist they run through, so unless the phone is in great shape they may not even give the 200. I got the impression this was incentive to get people to upgrade, by giving 200 for any old iPhone 4.

Anyone know how easy it is to replace the back yourself? Can't seem to find any backs on eBay though.
