Did anyone trade in their iphone 5 and/or 4 or 4S for a new iphone?

Curious as to how much people are actually getting for their trade.

Verizon (online) offered me $210 for my 32GB Black 4s in excellent shape. Apple store's online trade-in program offered me $170 in same condition.

I'll be trading it at Verizon in exchange for one of their prepaid cards, which they claim you can apply toward your cell phone bill after the phone is received and the condition is verified.
