Anyone tried mini display > hdmi WITH sound on 13" mbp

I've just returned my third mini display > hdmi adapter, which was supposed to support audio, but didnt. (and yes, i did look for audio output in the system prefs)
So i was starting to wonder if it was only the macbook pros with the intel HD graphics (15 and 17 inches) which supported audio out of the mini display port.

So can anyone confirm that the 13" supports audio via the mini-display to HDMI?

If yes, please link to exactly the HDMI adapter you bought.

Yeah there was a Thread on MacRumors that did confirm some people with 13" MBPs had sound through the MDP. But i'm too lazy to find the thread right now...

Is your MBP one of the ones from the latest revision (320m, 2.4 or 2.66 CPU)? If it isn't (9400m, 2.26 or 2.53 CPU), it will not play audio through the MDP
