I tried Liquid Sky I think it was on a bootcamp partition with limited success and have grown tired of waiting for a mac client. With Microsoft announcing they are entering the streaming of games to computers and mobile devices in a year or two one of the articles mentioned Shadow Streaming.

Shadow Streaming has a mac client, so I'm curious if anyone has tried it out. I'd probably be even more interested in the "coming soon" iOS client, but it isn't out yet.

Yes, I have a Shadow since a few days.

The whole thing is still in its infancy, but it works sufficiently well.

It's quite good for games. It was just a bit tricky to get the 3D surround sound for headphones to work.

As a workstation it is only suitable to a limited extent, because there is no shared clipboard or file exchange between the Mac and the Shadow PC.

It is good that the Shadow PC doesn't make any noise, when I took my MAC to play it was as if a hair dryer was running.

I tried Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2. Everything ran smoothly in 4k on max settings. I didn't realize it was just a stream. But I think there might be latency problems with shooters.

Who wants to try out Shadow gets a one-time 10 bucks discount on this cupon code: MARMFPVO
