Anyone tried swapping iPhone 5 displays to make a silver phone with a black front?

...and of course obtain a black-backed iPhone 5 with a white front too!

Just curious if anyone has done this. I realize it's warranty-voiding, so if you do it you probably want to keep both phones within the family so you can swap back if either phone needs warranty service... but...

If anyone's done this, post pics? I have a good idea what it would look like but seeing it in the flesh (in the tech?) would be awesome.

This sounds like an idea for SGP glass screen protector. All they need to do is pre-paint them with white/black like on their samsung ones. This will not void your warranty.

It would be cool to see a White iPhone with both the front Black and the 2 glass plates on the back. Please post, if you have pictures!!

It doesn't void the warranty, the warranty is voided when you remove the water sensitive coverings on the screws holding the logic board in. I would be surprised if they serviced a black and white phone though
