Has anyone tried Share from Concentrate Software?

I ask because there is very little explanation about how it works on the site.

Is it secure?

It seems to work really well, but I don't want people to be able to log on to my computer at home if I use it at an internet cafe or on my work machine.

Any comment appreciated...
