I don't see a reason to upgrade my hacked 1.1.2 iPod touch. The webclip and new google maps look nice but I love the customize icons and themes more so.

Actually, I'm more curious for an update of a hacked 1.1.2 iPod touch to 1.1.3. I'd like to see if (I believe it will but still) the new update wipes clean the hacked apps or if it will just ignore it. I don't care much for the buying the apps but the new ipod video chapters and lyrics are pretty cool. Also the webclips are still making me think about updating ;_;

iPhone users in the forums are reporting that upgrading from a jailbroken 1.1.2 to 1.1.3 does wipe all the apps and installer, so I'd imagine the same would happen with the touch. Hopefully some brave soul can check for us!

yepppp

So i downgraded my i.i.2 jailbroken ipod touch to 1.1.3 and YES it does wipe out installer as well as all the apps.

i just downgraded as well to 1.1.3
and for some reason it did not give me the mail app or google maps or anything what a waist of twenty minutes

it will not allow me to downgrade directly to 1.1.1 but i am trying 1.1.2

I "upgraded" back to 1.1.1, but decided to do a test drive for a couple of days with the $20 apps and movie rentals since I'm leaving on Friday on a trip.:apple:

i am sorry fr my stupidity
it seems you must pay for these apps
what a load
well screw that 1.1.2 here i come
