iPhone 13 Pro Max Anyone Turn ProMotion OFF?

I've noticed disabling ProMotion reduces eye strain to a certain degree since I tend to focus on everything when I'm scrolling and it's enabled. Maybe weird I know but having the slight "blur" of the 60hz forces me to get to an area and read instead of trying to read while scrolling.
