Anyone upgrade from Seagate 7200rpm 100GB -> 200GB model?

I have a MBP 15" 2.16GHz Core Duo with 2GB ram and a 7200RPM 100GB Seagate drive that was BTO.

Did anyone upgrade from this to the 200GB version? I hear it's quite a bit faster, and also quieter and cooler. Although, i'm interested in any 7200rpm drive really...

I think my current drive is quite noisy. Is the newer version appreciably quieter?

And what about the speed increase?
