I keep getting emails and such offering the VMWare Fusion 3 upgrade for $9.99. This seems like a good deal, but I'm having a hard time finding what features I have to gain by upgrading. I'm running Windows XP under version 2.0.6. I'm perfectly happy with the performance. My Macbook only has 2gb of RAM (despite what my sig says) and I'm worried about my specs being sufficient the more I upgrade things.

If you're happy with it the way it is, don't bother. I did (upgrade,) thinking that would make my Windows XP Pro faster (both load and otherwise) on my MacBook limited to 2 GB RAM - it didn't. I also had serious trouble updating the Tools. What features you'd gain? Beats me...
