I'm interested to hear people that have upgraded from 11 Pro to 12 pro, what's your opinion on the upgrade? As I'm a camerafreak, do you have any comments concerning the camera changes (even if the lens are the same as I understand..?)

I did. Camera differences are small but noticeable in poor conditions. Night mode on all lenses and deep fusion as well has made a difference.
Otherwise changes are material. The 12 pro ‘feels’ nicer to me and I don’t know if it’s newness bias but the iPhone 11 Pro design feels outdated now.
The small bump in screen size was also noticeable.

I was an early adopter for the 12 Pro, to be honest for the first two weeks I wanted to go back to my 11 Pro but when your hand gets used to it, it feels fine. Camera differences are minimal and the LiDar doesn't seem to do much, speed is good but the battery life isn't as good, swings and roundabouts, I am sure there will be a bigger battery in the next version with the S processor.

I did. Noticed the camera lenses are larger and the phone is taller and has a wider screen. I’m noticing better responsiveness. Better photos. And it’s more comfortable to hold. I missed the shape from the 5 and 5S.

Went from the 11pm to the 12pm. Loved the shape, screen and the camera, but really wished it was lighter. The 11pm was already heavy enough in my pocket and I wished the 12pm was lighter. Battery has been about the same, though I don't have 5g.

that's why I went from 11 pro to 12 pro max and LOVE IT! In my opinion its pretty significant difference in camera quality... I am getting way better results and I love using ProRAW

I bought the 12 Pro with the extended return period over the holidays even though I have an 11 pro. I was really interested in the form factor. So far, my impression is that the form factor is less slippery but somehow less comfortable one handed (the 12 pro is slightly larger than the 11 pro). The screen is larger and more satisfying but the camera is just the tiniest bit better in normal use. While I like the new phone, it isn't enough of a difference to warrant the gigantic price tag. I'll return it, keep the 11 pro and wait for whatever madness is unleashed with the 13.

Had the 11 Pro, I originally bought the 12 Pro, found it uncomfortable to use one handed and went down to the 12 mini. As much as I'd love to have the extra features from the Pro model again, using the mini is a much better experience because it's smaller and lighter. I hope that the mini continues to have feature parity with its larger siblings.

I upgraded from the 11 Pro to the 12 Pro. I was concerned about the increase in size, but now I prefer the larger size and find the phone easier to handle overall. It weighs about the same but the weight is distributed differently and it makes the phone easier to hold. I'm using the Apple leather case. The camera is better - sharper photos and better for photos at night, but I'm not an expert so others can answer that better. The phone is faster. The battery isn't quite as good but still good enough. I'm not a heavy user and have about 50% left at night. The only thing I like better about the 11 Pro is the screen temp. My 12 Pro is warmer (but not yellow) and this will vary with all phones so other's experience may be different. Overall I'm very happy with my 12 Pro and glad I upgraded.
