Anyone upgraded from Tiger to Snow Leopard?

If so what did you do? Thinking of doing this myself.
What disk did you use the family pack or the upgrade disk?

i'm planning on doing the same thing with the box set (i want to upgrade to ilife 09 and iwork 09). i'm wondering if i should just do a clean install on the disc or will a simple upgrade will do. i haven't found much in terms of this upgrade besides "will it work with the upgrade disc?", which isn't what i'm asking.

i'll probably wait until the .1 upgrade though, because i want to go through a clean and thorough check of my computer of what i do and don't want before upgrading (and looking at apps that won't survive the upgrade) and i may want to test it on a jump drive first.

btw, how much space will i need for sl on a jump drive?

Did it on my friends MacBook Pro using the $50 Family pack upgrade disc. Just did a normal install and worked perfectly fine. :D

Did it

Installed last night on Tiger.

Disconnected all peripherals and loaded disc, clicked on install and let it run.

Took about 50mins and managed to reclaim 20gb back as a bonus.

Everything has worked fine, everything is where it's meant to be and it is a *very* nice upgrade.

No problems at all :)
