Anyone use an iPhone as a camera monitor?

I'm sure there's an app for this (+ some cables)?

The situation arises when I'm on location with a semi pro camera and my colleague or client needs to see what's being filmed. So it would be a BNC lead out of the camera, some connector into the iPhone and then an app on the iPhone to see the picture. Anyone done this and what did you use???
... and I don't want to jail break my phone!
