Anyone use Crispymail? Need help with addressbook

I've been using crispymail for my email (100mb of storage, free) and I'd like to sync my address book on my mac with that on my crispymail. Can I import the entire addressbook or do I have to do it person-by-person? Also, does anyone know if crispymail can be used through the Mac mail on Panther? Thanks for anyhelp...

as for addres book idk but for mail look to see if it is pop3 or imap compatible
