anyone use monitor hoods?

you know the kind you see on lacie displays. i would like to get a couple for my dual 20" cinema display setup (the new ones) and i wanted something that fits.

i sit in a cubicle with horrible flourescent lights above me. i'm sure many of you feel my pain.
