Anyone use Nike+ GPS app?

I've been using runkeeeper on my iPhone to track my runs and integrate with facebook, and this app is useful because it allows me to share certain details on facebook whilst keeping my route and map of my run private.

I'm interested in the Nike+ GPS app but can't find much about the privacy settings when sharing with facebook, will it connect with facebook without sharing the location and route of my run? Is there a specific setting for this?

Sharing is just a status update (no graphics) to Facebook, Twitter, or Path. There is an option to include pace. Two sample messages:

I just finished a 5 mi run with a pace of 10'04"/mi with Nike+ GPS.

I just finished a 5 mi run with Nike+ GPS.
