Anyone use Qik on there iphone?

I saw someone using a program called "Qik" its avideo program, is anyone familiar with it.Do you have to have an unlocked iphone to use this> I dont understand how it can work

its not out on the iTunes Store yet but is available when jailbroken.

I use it. It's nice. Dont see it coming out on the iTunes store for a very very long time!
