Anyone use Radtech's Impact HDD enclosure?

I have a 3.5" enclosure, non-encryption model, fw800...

every time I try to copy, it gives me the -36 error!

Why?

EDIT: Found out it was a faulty board. They sent me a new one and return postage for the old one. Great service.
