Anyone use the Griffen TuneJuice Universal

I will be taking a long flight in October & I need some additional juice for my 3G to read books. I don't want a charger unit that requires 110V or a USB port for charging because in Europe I might not be able to recharge the charger. The Griffen TuneJuice Universal or the TuneJuice for iPhone looks like a good inexpensive compromise. I can carry a lot of AA batteries.

Anyone have one & use it? Any other suggestions?
