Anyone use the Targus HeatDefense pad with their MacBook Pro?

I bought a couple of notebook/laptop coolers over the years and they work ok. My main complaint is the bulkiness and thickness of them. Targus has a HeatDefense pad that is thin and flexible. Anyone use one of these with their MBP? If so, how do you like it?
