I bought the saddle brown leather case and after a month it's already looking nasty. So I decided to try using the phone naked (I have AppleCare+) along with the midnight Magsafe wallet. I like that when I put the phone down it solves the iPhone camera bump wobble.

Anyone else rock this setup??

I do although I also have the midnight leather case if I’m going places where I might drop my phone, (biking or shopping in a mall). Around the house and just going to work I rock it naked with the wallet

I’m using the same setup. Blue 13 mini, no case with a black MagSafe wallet. I do take the wallet off the phone when I get home most of the time though.

No but what a great idea! I like to use my 13 Pro Max naked around the house but I think with the wallet on the back it'd provide enough protection when laying on a table. Thanks for the tip.

This is exactly what I do in most cases. No case, black mag-safe wallet. As you mention, the wallet does keep the cameras off the surface when it's laid down, and now especially with the stronger agent on the 13, it provides a nice handle to better hold the phone.

I'll put on a silicon case if I'm headed out hiking or skiing, but otherwise my iPhone is naked.

I see the value of mitigating the camera bump wobble, that's the sort of detail that does annoy me. But I don't think I would use the wallet, and it would also annoy me to purchase one just for this purpose. I've got a Bullstrap leather case for my 13 mini, and it almost completely nullifies the wobble. Though that isn't due to the case itself, I think (though I think that it's leather helps), but that as the years have gone by the camera bump has become a platform, with significant width (particularly on the mini: the bump on the case that surrounds the platform is half as wide as the phone).

This might be more of a problem on the pro models, where the lenses jut further out.

This is my exact use case too. Naked with a MagSafe wallet. I use case when I'm popping out for more than a couple of hours or an outing where I'll be using my phone a lot.

I'm still rocking my 13 with the MagSafe wallet. I've never been a fan of phone cases, especially when I have AC+. I wasn't sure how I'd like the wallet attached to the phone, but I have definitely grown used to it. Plus, it's great going out and not having to bring my actual wallet, especially with more places accepting Apple Pay.
