After researching and planning to buy the Primera Bravo II, I just noticed that Disc Makers has added Mac support to their similar EliteMicro DVD duplicator.

I was just curious if anyone had used one of the EliteMicro units and what they think of it. I can't seem to find much in the way of reviews for it online (should that concern me?). I'm more attracted to the EliteMicro because:
• 75 disc capacity (vs. 25 discs on Bravo 2, which can be configured to take 50 discs with the somewhat cumbersome kiosk mode kit)
• Supposedly it's ink cartridges last much longer (sales rep quoted me 400-600 full color disc prints from one color catridge, I think Bravo II's only last around 150)
• The newer EliteMicro units no longer use a proprietary ink cartridge, but rather a standard HP cartridge that can be purchased anywhere locally
• The EliteMicro is supposedly more robust

The only thing I found strange is that even though the Bravo II and EliteMicro both use the same Discribe software for the Mac, Primera says the Bravo II supports batch duplication jobs, while the Disc Makers rep said the EliteMicro doesn't yet (but might in the future).

The two disc publishers are pretty much the same price, so I'm open to advice either way dependent on features alone. For the reasons listed above, I'm leaning towards the EliteMicro, but feel free to suggest the Bravo II if there's something I don't know about.

I know I've posted here before about the Bravo II, but though I'd be better off making a new thread about the EliteMicro here. I'd still be interested in hearing user reviews on either of these systems, though.

Thanks!
