Anyone using 2016 MacBook Pro experiencing strange sounds in Photo Booth?

When I take a video, it counts down then makes some strange sounds like clicking sounds when it starts recording. I reinstalled Mac OS X and the problem is still there. I have a 13 inch late 2016 MacBook Pro.
