Anyone using a Samsung 205BW (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16824001081) over DVI w/the Nvidia 7300 GT card that comes w/a Mac Pro?

I'm about to order one for use w/a Mac Pro I'm going to be getting at work and I just wanted to be sure there aren't any compat problems.

I've heard a few (very few) anecdotal reports like "Can't get the DVI to work properly" like at http://www.newegg.com/Product/CustR...=0&SummaryType=ALL&Pagesize=100&=0&=100&Page= and a couple other random reports elsewhere. I even stumbled across http://episteme.arstechnica.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/67909965/m/175004601831 saying that they couldn't run at 1680x1050 (native res of panel) on a low end Nvidia card (I doubt that'd be an issue w/the 7300GT since the 20" ACD is 1680x1050 and DVI).

I've never heard of DVI compat problems before w/displays <=1600x1200 res and I personally own run 3 LCDs at home over DVI (Dell 2005FPW and 2 2001FPs), 2 attached to a PC and one to a Mac Mini.

Well, I was going to get a MacPro but decided on a MacBook and used the money left over to max out the RAM at 2GB and pick up a Samsung 205BW yesterday at Fry's.

No issues with it so far; I'm using the MacBook in clamshell mode and the Samsung is the primary monitor, it works great.

I know it's not a MacPro, of course, but I just wanted to share my experience because I have the same monitor.
