Anyone using ReadyNAS nv+ on Intel Macbook

On a dual boot Macbook running bootcamp (Os X / Windows XP)

When running OsX, Will the ReadyNAS nv+ be able to back up both the Mac and XP partitions ?

and

When running XP, Will the ReadyNAS nv+ be able to back up both the Mac and XP partitions ?

or

will I only be able to back up each side, while booted into that operating system ?

I have a ReadyNAS NV and I love it. No problems backing up both Mac and Windows machines. I can also access the NAS from within Vista using Parallels 3.0. I do not use Bootcamp but I'm sure the results would be the same.
