Not too hard, but the idea is that you’re supposed to press the screen and yes it’s a lock screen only thing.

I updated to 13.1 beta 4 at once after having unboxed my Pro Max just to be able to restore from my old phone (with 13.1). Guess what? The new iphone 11 wallpapers aren’t on the Pro Max after the update.
Anyone who has managed to find these new wallpapers after updating to 13.1 beta 4?
