I had two pre-approved Apple upgrade program orders;
-256gb Silver Iphone 11 Pro
-256gb Green Iphone 11 Pro Max


Ordered first one at 8:01am, there was no availability for delivery or pickup for the launch date.
Picked the shipment option with " 2-3weeks" :(

Second one was ordered at 8:02am, and was able to get for launch date...

I ordered these two from my phone / apple store app, and was refreshing since 7:59am. So I was not late to the game or anything else... Just don't get it :(

Anyways, question;
Can i just walk in on the launch day to try picking up from the store? or it is not an option anymore.

Ordered my wife the silver 256 after I ordered my space gray. Both pre-approved. I'd say hers was ordered 3 minutes after they went live.

This doesnt make sense but nothing can be done at this point.
I guess i was just unlucky or something...

ordered an 11 Pro 256GB Silver at 8:00AM EST. delivery date of 9/20. paid outright with Apple Pay. No issues whatsoever.
 
They may move it up anyway. That’s what happened to a some people last year. I was late and got a 2–3 week ship time, which then changed to 1 week 2 days later. This could happen to you also.
