I usually watch The Daily Show at 11pm, but tonight I think I'll check out the premiere of Conan's new show on TBS (I'll PVR The Daily Show if it's new, of course)

I'm hoping for something a little different than the typical cookie-cutter late night talk show.... I'm also hoping that being on cable instead of network will give him a bit more freedom.

Is that Leno guy still on the air? ;)

So, is anyone else planning on watching?

The Man has me working early tomorrow morning, so I'll end up DVRing it. But I'm looking forward to seeing it!

As much as I dislike Leno, I'm kinda indifferent on the whole Conan thing. I'm glad he got another show, but I'll stick with the Daily Show. Actually, I can't believe they're putting Conan against Stewart. Seems like there'd be a lot of audience overlap there. If it were on at 9:30 (Central) I'd watch it...maybe.

While most of the late night hosts best days are behind them, I'll DVR it and watch it in 20 minutes tomorrow.

I'm dvr'ing it tonight because Jack white is on. I'm actually watching it now but I'm buzzed and would like to see it sober. :D

Watching now. Its like he never left. Same Conan, just with a beard and no Max.

I just feel that I will forget about him because it is TBS. Just one of those shows I would watch if I remembered, its the basic cable thing.

Looks like a good start for Conan.
‘Conan’ Premiere Averages 4.2 Million Viewers, 2.5 Adults 18-49 Rating
Conan O’Brien’s new TBS talk show was a hit with young viewers Monday night, delivering an audience with a projected median age of just 30. Conan – which featured guests Seth Rogen, Lea Michele and Jack White – was watched by 2,451,000 adults 18-34; 3,285,000 adults 18-49; and 4,155,000 viewers.
The comedian's show, simply called "Conan," attracted 4.2 million viewers (3.3 million adults 18-49), beating out Leno's "Tonight Show," which reeled in 3.5 million viewers (950,000 adults 18-49), according to The Hollywood Reporter. Not only did CoCo top his former NBC colleague, but he also bested David Letterman's 3.4 million viewers (1.3 million adults 18-39) and far outstripped "The Daily Show With Jon Stewart" (1.3 million total viewers) and "The Colbert Report" (1 million total viewers).

I'll be interested in seeing his numbers over time.
Tuesdays numbers.
Tuesday night’s episode of TBS’s Conan had another strong performance with young viewers, delivering 1,415,000 adults 18-34 and 2,126,000 adults 18-49. Conan was watched by 2,815,000 viewers overall. The median age for Conan is tracking around 30.

That adults 18-49 viewership works out to be a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating, down 36% from his premiere’s 2.5 rating. The 2.8 million average viewership was down 33% from the premiere’s 4.2 million.

I dumped cable a few years ago and don't pirate stuff anymore, so until it shows up on iTunes or Netflix, I won't be watching it.
