anyone with a Dell UltraSharp U3011 and macbook pro 2010?

Hi

I am planning to buy a new large monitor and one that I am thinking is the Dell UltraSharp U3011. It has some displayport cable but I am not sure whether it will be working with my macbook pro core i5 or not.

I will need to use the 2560x1600 resolution but I am not sure whether I need to buy additional cable or adapter or not.

Any comment is welcome.

I had the 2711, and a Mini DSP-->DSP cord did the trick.
