Anyone with unlimted data look at there usage thru the myatt app

i was looking at my usage of data on my IPhone 5 thru the My ATT App and saw my data plan is now LTE BASIC and when i tap the 'i' next to it it shows i have a 9999Gb plan. not sure what the deal is it use to say unlimited when i checked on my old 3gs phone was on the plan and my wifes iphone 4 says unlimited not 9999gb

Heard on an lte data plan the throttling is not that slow.

Some said with other lte phones they get throttled down to around 1mb speeds.
That would be cool.
