Anyone's fans spinning hard in PD16 - Coherence Mode?

Since updating to Big Sur, I've noticed that when in Coherence Mode (Windows 10) in PD16, my fans rev up and the computer slows down. What's odd though is my CPU and Memory levels are within normal so not sure what is causing this to happen.

Thoughts? Everything was fine in Catalina.

Just as an update, the issue appears to be GPU related. The GPU cranks up in Coherence mode to the point that it throttles my entire machine and has the fans spinning. It is related to one Windows based app (if I close the app the issue goes away). Again, this didn't happen before Big Sur and isn't an issue when not in Coherence.
