Anyone's iPhone 5S get hot during restore?

Just got phone and restoring all settings media from icloud and the phone feels like it is awfully hot. Just curious if it is because i'm downloading so much right now or if I should get it serviced?

My phone gets really hot too during heavy use. If it gets too bad just add a case on it.
