Anyone's IPv6 break with iOS8

Trying to figure out if this is a local issue or an Apple issue.

After upgrading to iOS 8, my iOS 8 device no longer reach IPv6 only parts of the internet over local Wi-Fi, when operating in IPv6 native mode. Macs and PCs on the same Wi-Fi network still can reach reach out to IPv6 servers.

Can anyone had native IPv6 was working before check to see if it broken under iOS 8?

Yes, but only on one of my iOS 8 devices in my home.

My iPhone 5C is losing the default IPv6 gateway intermittently (several times a day). This did not happen under iOS 7.

Wi-Fi is stable on my 5C and other devices in my home does not have any problems at all.

The problem was introduced in iOS 8.0 and still exists in 8.1.
Full reset/restore to 8.1 with no personal settings and connected to my Wi-Fi. Same problem was there half an hour later after the restore.

Been running Wireshark and reading RFC's (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc4861#section-6.2.1)

iOS is does not detect the problem and repair the default route.
Regular Router Advertisements sent out from the router is sometimes ignored for hours!
