Anysim App icon does not appear

I needed to unlock the phone so i can use my o2 simcard and when install Anysim it downloads and says i need to select Auto lock - never which i have done but the app icon does not appear on the summer board which is wierd as when i go into unistall anysim is there.

Why is it not appearing on the summerboard then ?
