Anything available to increase reception for iPhone 5?

I know there are cases and apparently strips of metal for older iPhones to increase reception, are there any for the 5 that have a good reputation?

I don't know how good the thing works, it was a link on a site explaining how to increase reception. The video was made before the first jailbreak I believe so it at least has to do something

I stand corrected the first jailbreak actually released July 10th, 2007.
