I've been using a Diztronic case for almost a year now, and it was the closest thing to perfection at the time of purchase. There's so many cases that I'm just overwhelmed, and I just don't keep up with iPhone Accessories like the iPhone 4 to 5S days.

My biggest gripe about the Diztronic is that the case does not complement the shape of the phone. The edges are not completely round, and it looks like an iPhone 6-iPhone 4 hybrid. Is there a similar case with a better shape?

Things I like about the case:
1. Relatively slim for a TPU case
2. Raised lip that is higher than my screen protector
3. Snug - edges do not easily pull away from the phone
4. Buttons remain easy-to-press and have an audible click
5. Cutouts are nice, especially the camera cutout
6. Not too slippery and made of TPU

iPhone Accessory fiends, is there a better case for me?

Diztronic are mid level quality and fit.

Used them till I discovered the excellent higher quality SPIGEN brand of cases. A company that's quite a success story. Rapidly rising to the top in a few years, their products are sold at good discounts through Amazon.

Well designed for durability yet slim profile, they have several models to choose from. I own five or six for variety and they're all terrific.

Agree about spigen- great cases and I have many of them.
There's also caseology which has a selection you can pick from.
Search at Amazon.com for caseology iPhone 6

Spigen is a great company indeed. I've had plenty of their cases and screen protectors for my iPhone 4S and 5. Their Capsule case (now named Liquid Armor) is the closest match for my iPhone 6, but before deciding on my Diztronic, I read many reviews saying that the case is loose. I may re-consider the case if I don't find anything else.

I've had plenty of Spigen cases and caseology. Looks great but honestly my diztronic has been the best combo in slimness and protection. I found the Spigen cases nice yet the lip wasn't as high as I hoped like the diztronic. And my caseology cases broke after the first tumbles.

Yep. Tough to top the slimness and protection of the Diztronic. I drop my phone all the time, and I'm never worried that something broke. You'd think they would refresh the design of it for the iPhone 6 and up instead of keeping the same design as their iPhone 5/5S version but just enlarging it for the 6/6S.

Current contenders for my next case are the Belkin Grip Candy and the Spigen Liquid Armor.

I've been a Diztronic only person since I had the 5S. I recently went with a Trianium clear case that was on sale on Amazon for like $5. It's now my everyday case. Basically just as good as the Diztronic but only clear. It's the only case I found comparable.

Yup. I think the diztronic is the best $10 case for overall slimness yet protective.

I have to agree- for 10$ ditztronic is a great all around case.
I had one for m android
Considering with tax I paid over $900.00 cash USD for my sparkling iPhone 6S Plus, I certainly don't hesitate to spend more than $10 on a case.

That said I'm not bashing Diztronic, however I found the tactile feel of their case a bit cheap and slightly rough like 400 grit sandpaper. If it was higher quality and more comfortable in hand, I'd be eager to endorse it.

Conversely for just $12.95 my fairly identical, Black SPIGEN Slim Fit case is a high grade smooth yet grippy material thats slim, beautiful and a perfect fit.

I have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid for my 6, excellent case and company. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I agree. The Spigen Slim Fit (I've had one for my iPhone 5) is grippier, but that's because it's a rubber coating on a polycarbonate case. Definitely high-grade though, because the coating never rubbed off on my iPhone 5 case. But my Diztronic is just as smooth as the Slim Fit I had and almost as grippy. Plus, it's TPU.

Anyways, I love my Diztronic, but I can't argue Spigen's quality. I have a Spigen Liquid Armor on the way right now.

For those of you wanting to try out any of these cases cheap, Slickdeals often offers codes for steep discounts on Amazon. I just got a few SE/IPhone 5 cases from Obliq and Caseology for less than $5 through slickdeals.net.

They often run deals for Spigen but I missed their most recent one. During their deal last year I picked up my Spigen Liquid Crystal case for $3 for my 6SPlus.

Yeah there's just a LOT of great cases- even the speck clear case, it's a little more but it's classy looking and protective.
I don't just use one case right now using a selfie case (Lumee)

Yeah there's just a LOT of great cases
You're brought up a very good point!

The sheer number of iPhone case makers is staggering. Just think of how much their profits have skyrocketed due to Apple's decision to recycle the 6 and call it the 6S. Case and iPhone accessory makers everywhere must be thrilled at the likelihood that Apple is choosing to continue the tradition and recycle it into iPhone 7.

I've been using the Spigen Liquid armor since Saturday. I really like it, and it is better than the Diztronic in almost every single aspect, but... I'm returning it. The lip is considerably lower than the Diztronic's, so my 0.3 mm (or 0.4 mm) glass screen protector makes contact with the table if the phone is laid face down.

But if you have a thinner screen protector, I would really recommend this case! It's about the same thickness as the Diztronic, but it feels a lot slimmer because of the rounded sides of the case. And the attention to detail is great. Black ring around the camera, precise cutouts with added rigidity around the ports, tactile buttons, sides did not pull away from the phone any easier than my Diztronic, great design on the inside and back of the case, and very smooth but not slippery feeling.

In the end, the Diztronic is still for me. At least for now.
