Anything Bluetooth (Mouse, Keyboard, Headphones) is Laggy

I thought it was a problem with just my Logitech MX Master 3 skipping around, but all my bluetooth headphones have songs that skip. I'm hoping there's some kind of simple terminal command or hardware reset I can do to improve the situation.

On fully loaded 2017 15" MBP, issues started just recently.

1. Try resetting SMC. See that helps.
2. Boot into Safe Mode and see if the issue still happens.
3. Create a new user account, login to the new user account and see if it still happens in the new user account.
