I'd buy a Canon hands down over any other brand. Good prints, good ink prices, just great printers.

Looks to me as though people are a little more satisfied with the Canon.
IMO, I think I would go with either one - there seems to be less and less difference between all in one printers these days - and it comes to who has the better price, availability, and ink prices (which I would buy online to save money).
